In this informative forum, Sherryl Chandley-Brown will explore the important role health coaches play in helping individuals bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Attendees will learn how health coaching can provide accountability, support, and practical strategies to create lasting lifestyle changes that improve overall health and well-being.

The presentation will also address the unique challenges many women face as they age, including chronic stress, overwhelm, memory concerns, fatigue, and changes often mistaken as simply "getting older." Participants will gain valuable insights into building healthier habits, supporting brain health, and improving vitality and resilience at any age.

Sherryl Chandley-Brown is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, speaker, and educator who is passionate about helping women understand the difference between normal aging and the effects of chronic stress and overload. Through private coaching, workshops, and community education, she helps women build healthier habits, support brain health, and age with greater confidence and vitality. Her practical, compassionate approach empowers women to make meaningful changes that improve both their health and quality of life.

WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic—Sequim's free clinic. The Clinic provides basic urgent care and chronic health care services to uninsured community members. Our work is supported by more than seventy volunteers, including physicians, other professional health care providers and laypersons, as well as private and public donations from the Sequim community and beyond.
