Basic Urgent Care Clinic

Basic Urgent Care Clinic

Through our Basic Urgent Care Clinic, we offer professional health care services to those without insurance or access to medical treatment in a caring setting.  Individuals may drop in during the late afternoon clinic on Monday & Thursday starting at 430pm and be examined by a licensed medical provider on a first-come, first-served basis.

The volunteer health care team members will provide assessment, a treatment plan, order labs and x-rays as needed, prescribe medication, and make referrals if required to specialists — such as family planning, behavioral health, dental health,  and other medical specialists.

For patients who meet income eligibility requirements, a Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) is available to help with the costs of medicine.

Olympic Medical Center (OMC) provides lab and X-rays for uninsured clinic patients, at no cost.

The Basic Urgent Care clinics are open twice a week on Monday and Thursday evenings (except Holidays).  The doors are open at 4:30pm.  Patients are screened (COVID-19 symptoms, temperature, hand hygiene, and masks in place), Simple documentation for the medical record is completed in the reception area followed by a medical intake assessment and provider exam in the treatment areas. Patients are seen in order of their arrival.  All providers and staff are local personnel, volunteering for the health of our community.

The Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic is entirely supported by the generous services of community volunteers and donations from individuals, patients, local businesses, foundations and the City of Sequim. The board, staff and patients of the Clinic appreciate your support. Thank You!
