Brokers from Windermere Real Estate/Sequim-East and Sunland present $2,000 from the Windermere Foundation to Sara Nicholls, Executive Director of the Sequim Free Clinic. The clinic is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Volunteer physicians, nursing and support staff provide services to uninsured and under-insured men and women in the community. Nicholls noted that basic urgent care visits are up 20 percent from last year while chronic care visits are up 14 percent over last year. The clinic has provided $136,414 worth of health care to the community so far this year — a 31-percent increase from this time last year, Nicholls said. The Sequim Free Clinic is at 777 N.
