Wellness Forum: “What’s on Your Plate?”

Mary and Kip Tulin will present a free WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum on Wednesday August 13th at 2:00 pm on KSQM Radio at 91.5 FM Radio.

Mary Tulin was an Organization Development researcher and consultant before she became a Celtic musician. She performed locally in several bands for many years before retiring in 2017. Kip Tulin is a retired pediatrician and the former volunteer Medical Clinic Director of the Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic in Sequim. They will talk about what we eat, why we choose these foods, and why we might want to think about trying some other choices to improve our physical and mental wellness as well as the health of our planet.

WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic—Sequim’s free clinic. The Clinic provides basic urgent care and chronic health care services to uninsured community members. Our work is supported by more than seventy volunteers, including physicians, other professional health care providers and laypersons, as well as private and public donations from the Sequim community and beyond. We would like to thank our 2025 Proud Supporters: KSQM FM Radio Station, Jamestown Family Health Clinic and Olympic Medical Center and Acrisure Insurance.

The Basic Urgent Care Clinic is open to patients on Monday and Thursday evenings beginning at 4:30 pm. Individuals interested in supporting the Clinic may call 360.582.0218.
