Dr. Agnieszka Niemeyer, Paragon Dermatology, will present a free WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum on Wednesday April 8th at 2:00-3:00 pm on KSQM FM Radio at 91.5 on the radio dial.
Dr. Agnieszka Niemeyer is the founder and lead provider of Paragon Dermatology, having more than 20 years of experience in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. In this conversation, she will explore the fascinating neurophysiology of skin and how your skin and brain are biologically connected; how stress and grief affect aging and inflammation; and how hormones, nutrition, sleep, and touch all influence the way we look and feel. She will share practical, science-based strategies to support healthy, resilient skin at every age, from barrier repair and collagen preservation to foods that reduce inflammation and promote radiance. This isn’t just about looking younger -- it’s about understanding how your skin reflects your overall health.
