Wellness Forum “ Ocular Conditions & Current Treatments”

Dr. Eric Van Orman will present a WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum on Wednesday November 10th at 2:00-3:00 pm on KSQM FM (91.5) radio station.


Dr. Van Orman will discuss common ocular conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease along with the latest treatments for these conditions. He enjoys practicing optometry with modern, state-of-the-art technology like Digital Retinal Imaging and Optic Nerve Fiber Layer Analysis to ensure the early detection and treatment of eye diseases.


Dr. Van Orman has been practicing optometry in Port Angeles since 1998, providing comprehensive eye examinations for glasses and contact lenses. He also offers his patients the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and co-management with local ophthalmic surgeons. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physician of Washington.


WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health Wellness Clinic—Sequim’s free clinic. The Clinic provides basic urgent care and chronic health care services to uninsured community members. Our work is supported by more than seventy volunteers, including physicians, other professional health care providers and laypersons, as well as private and public donations from the Sequim community and beyond.
