In 2021, the WOW Working on Wellness® education program continues to host our popular monthly series of talks— The Forum - KSQM 91.5FM at 2pm. A schedule for these talks, from January through June 2021, is now available in various locations in Sequim
Vivian Brown, R. Ph, from Walgreens Pharmacy, will present a free WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum on Wednesday July 14th at 2:00-3:00 pm on KSQM FM Radio at 91.5 on the radio dial.
“With Covid 19, we’ve made it to the life raft. Dry land is far away.”
Marc Lipsitch, Epidemiologist (March 2021)
Vivian’s Brown’s presentation will cover the different types of COVID-19 vaccines and their development, the technology involved in creating them, the distribution and comparisons of each, and most importantly the current public hesitancy about receiving this vaccine and what that can mean for the whole of us.
Vivian Brown graduated from Oregon State University School of Pharmacy and has worked in various venues and positions (independent and chain retail, staff and clinical hospitals, clinical drug studies and pharmacology instruction) in Arizona, Oregon, Washington, and Saudi Arabia.
