The Importance of Exercise During COVID: Your friends, family and doctor have probably already impressed upon you the importance of exercise, but if you haven't adopted a more active lifestyle yet, you should strongly consider doing so now while you are in isolation from COVID.
Pauline Geraci specializes in getting people in the best shape of their lives, and she wants to help you achieve a good quality of life and avoid suffering injury due to inactivity. Pauline owns Fit4Life Studio, which offers a range of programs and services from fitness classes to personal training and nutrition counseling. After 27 years in the military and 17 years teaching in men's prisons, Pauline now focuses on fitness and health. She has written and published two books and numerous articles for both military and civilian audiences. Pauline also holds the Washington State Senior Games record for the shotput, discus, 5K speed walking and one-mile run.
